I have an 2007 RAM 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI MDS. All I did was change the stock air filter with a K&N filter (filter only, not total cold air intake) and nothing (no improvment) on gas mileage. It may be breathing easier, but that did not translate into more MPG's in my case. Save your $50+ bucks (buy beer instead.
